Bura Soda Water Pool: My Experience

It was a bit gloomy when we headed out on our first day, but we didn’t really have a plan yet. After breakfast, we just decided to swing by Bura Soda Water Pool for a quick dip. It ended up being our first stop, and honestly, not a bad way to kick things off.

As expected, we had the whole pool to ourselves when we showed up right at 7:00 AM, their opening time. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect way to start the day before the crowds rolled in.

As soon as we dipped into the carbonated pool, you could actually taste the water. It had this distinct, mineral-like flavor that’s totally different from your usual spring or swimming pool. Not bad, just unexpected. Definitely part of the charm.

We couldn’t leave without trying the actual soda water from the designated faucet, just for the experience. Some folks were confidently gulping it down, but we played it safe and took a tiny sip.

It had that distinct mineral kick, and yeah, we were half-joking about ending up in the hospital.

Luckily, no ER visits for us, just a fun story to tell.
